Returns & Refunds Policy


If for any reason there is a concern with the quality of your purchased jewellery pieces, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options and solution.

We provide a warranty against defects. If a purchased item of jewellery is found to be defective at around the time that the jewellery was supplied and received, we will supply a pre-paid returns post pack for the return of that item.

Upon receipt of the returned Warranty jewellery piece we will:

  • replace the defective jewellery piece if possible, or
  • provide compensation in the form of a store credit or refund



We understand that buying any items online can be a bit challenging at times. Jewellery pieces can seem to appear larger or smaller than its actual size. Sometimes due to the trick of light the stone colours may appear slightly different than in the image.

We will happily offer an exchange for a different piece in our online store or supply a refund when there is no other feasible option. Our offer for an exchange or refund will only apply on purchases that are within a reasonable period of the original sale date.

The jewellery piece must be returned to us prior to any exchange or refund taking place. Postage of the returned piece is at the customer's expense.
