Do you deliver Australia wide?

Yes, we deliver to any address within Australia via Australia Post Parcel Post.  You will be emailed a tracking number.

Do you deliver overseas?

Julmar 4 Her does not deliver to other countries.

Can I track my order once it has been sent?

Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing your order tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Julmar 4 Her aims to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your order on the same day as your order is received whenever possible, Monday – Friday.  Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched the next business day.  We also will not make an item available for sale unless it is physically present within our own warehouse. We do not accept backorders on any items.

No. You can place your order as a Guest.

Is it safe to use my credit card on Julmar 4 Her website?

Yes! We at Julmar 4 Her understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. As such, we use PayPal as our payment gateway for all transactions and you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase at our checkout, you can go through the payment process as a Guest and pay via your credit card if you choose.
