We deliver all our online jewelry and gift orders to you via Australia Post Parcel Service. All online orders will be shipped the next business day following receipt of payment. Julmar 4 Her uses the best quality packing material to protect items for the journey from us to you, to ensure your items arrive in the same condition as when they left us.
Breakages or Damaged Items
At Julmar 4 Her our aim is to provide our customers with online jewelry and gift products of the highest standard and quality. Although we pack all items carefully to ensure they travel safely, if you do receive an item which has been broken or damaged during transit, or is faulty for any reason, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item on 07 4958 3079 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we'll need a photo showing the breakage/defect/fault, which will help us make the process simple and easy for you.
