Our Delivery Promise
We deliver all our online jewelry and gift orders to you via Australia Post Parcel Service. All online orders will be shipped the next business day following receipt of payment. Julmar 4 Her uses the best quality packing material to protect items for the journey from us to you, to ensure your items arrive in the same condition as when they left us.

Breakages or Damaged Items
At Julmar 4 Her our aim is to provide our customers with online jewelry and gift products of the highest standard and quality. Although we pack all items carefully to ensure they travel safely, if you do receive an item which has been broken or damaged during transit, or is faulty for any reason, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item on 07 4958 3079 or by email at shop@julmar.com.au. Please note that we'll need a photo showing the breakage/defect/fault, which will help us make the process simple and easy for you. 

Important information:

  • Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
  • We will pick, pack and process your online order as speedily as possible once you have clicked the ‘Complete Order’ button and payment has been received. This helps us to get your goods out to you as soon as possible. If you need to make changes to your order please call us urgently on 07 4958 3079 or email shop@julmar.com.au as we will be sending your order out to you on the next business day. If we haven’t sent the order yet, we will always do our best to assist in changing any details of your order.

International Postage

Julmar 4 Her does not deliver to other countries.

Lost Packages
If you have tracked and checked for your parcel and believe it to be lost, you will need to contact us on 07 4958 3079 or email shop@julmar.com.au within fifteen days of dispatch.
