Domestic Orders: We offer FREE Express Post on all orders delivered in Australia!

New Zealand Orders: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of AU$8.00 on all orders with a delivery address in New Zealand.

Other International Orders: Please email your shipping address together with the items you wish to purchase to .We will reply with the shipping costs for your approval.

All orders receive an Australia Post tracking number email as soon as your order is ready to be despatched.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to COVID-19 delays, inclement weather or when the address supplied is incorrect or the carrier is not able to locate the address as given.

Our Delivery Promise

We deliver all of our online jewellery and gift orders to you via Australia Post Parcel Service. All online orders will be shipped the next business day following receipt of payment. Julmar 4 Her uses the best quality packing material to protect items for the journey from us to you, to ensure your items arrive in the same condition as when they left us.

Breakages or Damaged Items
At Julmar 4 Her our aim is to provide our customers with online jewellery and gift products of the highest standard and quality. Although we pack all items carefully to ensure they travel safely, if you do receive an item which has been broken or damaged during transit, or is faulty for any reason, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item on 07 4958 3079 or via email at Please note that we'll need a photo showing the breakage/defect/fault, which will help us make the process simple and easy for you.

  • Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
  • We will pick, pack and process your online order as speedily as possible once you complete and pay for your order. If you need to make changes to your order please call us urgently on 07 4958 3079 or email as we will be sending your order out to you on the next business day. If we haven’t sent the order yet, we will always do our best to assist in changing any details of your order.

Lost Packages
If you have tracked and checked for your parcel and believe it to be lost, you will need to contact us on 07 4958 3079 or email within fifteen days of dispatch.
